Biography
Molly Adams grew up in both California and Texas, and began her career in nursing as a NICU nurse in Houston, TX. She discovered a deep passion for improving neonatal outcomes, which inspired her to pursue advanced training. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner from Baylor University in 2023.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending quality time with her husband and baby girl, traveling, staying active, reading, and continuously learning new things.
