Biography
Dr. O’Neal completed her medical training in Southern California after which she spent many years at NY Presbyterian CUMC taking care of newborns. Since then, Dr. O’Neal has had a variety of pediatric experiences across the country before settling back on the east coast with her family. She has always held a special joyful interest in newborn medicine and in helping families understand and care for their infants. Dr. O’Neal loves to travel, sing loudly out of tune and spend time with her loved ones.
